Property located at Prime location but maintenance not upto mark. Kitchen/Pantry seems to operate partly.

very nice experience. the food, location and behaviour of staff was excellent. they provided me with all the things that I ordered in time.

writing to express . The hotel was in a very poor and unhygienic condition. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not up to acceptable standards. but this situation was extremely disappointing.

Hotel location is right beside the railway station, but the hotel seem to be old and the rooms were not that big. The bedside was also small. Overall it was okay kind of hotel.

Location is excellent. Just adjacent to the railway station and within 2 km from main Indore bazar like rajwada bazar. Breakfast was good with many varieties except juices. Room is of average quality but the washroom was good. Only thing that is amiss in the room was the ceiling fan.

The atmosphere was very bad.. service was very very very poor....even no one available for service... furnishing was not hygienic... overall it was a very terrible experience.... although no refund policy...

1 . We have alredy told the hotel staff for cleaning the room at 9 '0 clock in morning.. and we go for tour and return at 1 am still they did not clean the room... 2. We ask for dantal kit but they first denied and gave us only one nos and said that we dont have .. another day i will again ask for this then they gave us 1 more.. why.... they are doing this type of cheap things... 3. Bathroom was very bed condition..as per shown the image .. nothing cleanliness there.. 4. Water drainage system was too poor ... after bathing the the water came outside and come into room... .. 5. In break fast also they told us different fruits for every day..but we check that watermelon and papiya was same from 1 st day to 2nd day... dish was same and fruit was not eatable.. after 3-4 times told they change this....and why they are doing late to take the food in breakfast. We wait 20 min for idly...and tea..was so bed only the water .. and tea bag like.. we paid 300 to 400 Rs per Person for breakfast...we unsatisfied from Food and hotel cleanliness...

Room and its ambiance were good. Rooms were not alloted on time. In the hotel sitting area there is no fans. AC were there but they didn't switch it on. So after check out when we were wating for our train, it was a horrible experience sitting there. For the family room of 4 number of towels provided was only 1. Extra bed was not kept in advance. Late night after asking them for extra bed it was not provided for 30 minutes. I had to wait in the reception so that they send someone for the extra bed.

The hotel was okay, but it had fewer facilities. For example, there was no fan in the room, no bucket in the bathroom, no shaving mirror, and the food was not good.

Hotel is next to the railway station. Affordable, market and Good dining is around. to option who come or go via train

The hotel is closer to all major tourist attractions and railway station. They can improve on the cleanliness and overall asthetic aspects.

Its average, not good one. If you are getting better option in this price range or even for little bit more, you should avoid it. Not properly maintained and bathroom ceiling was leaking. Bathroom not upto mark. Rooms don’t have fan, only ac. Checkin takes time and waste more than hour. Very dull lighting. You can hear outside traffic noise in room and better rooms are offered to direct booking.

Rooms are not clean. They take dinner order till 11 PM, we requested him on 11:01 PM food dinner but they denied.we had checked in that day at 10:50 PM. Staff are not supportive. Waste of money.
