The property was good staff is so polite to serve everyone food tastes good location is quite out of city but looks good all the facilities are top notch

We stayed here during our visit to Mahakaaleshwar & Omkareshwar. Spacious & clean room. Food was delicious all three days 0 complaints on food & ambiance of the property. But servicec is not great: 1. Staff is not well informed about property rules & regulations hence we were misguided by the reception staff. 2. Poor checkin experience- There was no one to greet post arrival & had to wait long to start the checkin process. shortage of staff at reception had only 1 staff. even a three start property has 2 to 3 people to assist, here they had only one & wait was long. 3. while food was delicious but the service was unusually delayed. 1st day of the lunch staff was proactive & took credit for smooth service. 2nd day order was not taken punched to the system correctly & had to wait for over 1hr for 1st course of meal apparently they forgot the mocktail and was only served post reminder. each time when we escalated the issue to the staff they surprisingly vanished post that. only after lot of noise someone came to us, but the irony is the manager was clueless of what had happened. we were staying with our mother who is 80yrs old & waited to finish a simple lunch for over 2.5hrs due to delayed services. The restraunt was operated by trainees who are hardly few days old and lacked in supervision & were not aware of the restraunt. It is important to proactively acknowledge the misses & fix the misses rather than avoiding confrontation. while they were excited to seek feedback on positive service but lacked courage in confronting the poor service. team had only reactive approach for damage control.

From the time of check in to check out,the room access card was not working,nobody bothered to check on it every-time i went to the reception.The team is not able to deliver for ala carte menu at all.They delay food for upto 45 mins after ordering.Overall not worth staying.

overall the stay was not good. Bed was making noise. Burger had cheese plastic wraper and it was not removed. Food was not good. They didnt called for breakfast but called for checkout. Less amenities were provided as per the amount paid

Super package doesn't include anything which are mentioned here, so don't book it. They don't give Hi tea, yes. Staff is very confused in everything

This property is very customer friendly and the entire staff right from the porch to the front office to the room service. Housekeeping. Everything is just super super good.

The property was amazing and the hospitality was great!! Would prefer staying in the hotel again on our next trip

The stay was good. Hospitality was nice. Room had nice ambience. The hotel staff was very courteous.

It's not hotel to stay and marriage hall rooms and very bad smell. Not recommended for short or long stay. Budget hotel and suitable for only who comes for marriage or groups for low budget.

The hotel is 17 km from the main city of Indore. It takes 45 min from the Railway station and Airport to reach the Hotel. All the 5-star hotels are in Omax city only except Radison Blu. The rooms were cleaned and sanitized. It will give you a luxury and safe stay. The food at the hotel was very awesome . They have a variety of food options available in the buffet system. All the staff were very courteous and welcomed us very nicely. They have a swimming pool and bar as well. They have both smoking and non-smoking rooms available at the premises. They have hotel taxis as well. They use to charge for the pickup from airport or railways station. They have only Innova Crysta available in the taxi.

Had an amazingly stay. Their service is really great. The kind they welcomed me to the hotel was very satisfying. very smooth checkin and checkout. Would definitely recommend to visit Sherraton. Would like to thank Khushboo, Mr. Bivash, Dolly for giving such a great service.

A Truly Beautiful Marriott Property 🌟 One of the most beautiful Marriott properties I’ve ever stayed at! The ambiance, architecture, and overall vibe are simply stunning.
