Rooms were spacious and staff were supportive and had their restaurant opened for us in late night around 11:30 pm as we returned from Maha Kaal Night Arati Darshan It’s situated in the outskirts on the main road and can get cabs, autos through Rapido. Note that Uber not available in Ujjain.

Room was clean nice . But water jet was not properly working. Food taste was terrible and when I complained the same to restaurant manager then he was replying like I have never tasted dal makhani in my life and indirectly saying I don’t know the taste. My all friends had the same experience. Instead of applying he was advocating. He could have given discount if he doesn’t know how to apologise.

बहुत अच्छा एक्सपीरियंस रहा.. मेक माय ट्रिप की तरफ से मैने बुकिंग किया था . लेकिन मेरे हाथ से कुछ टेक्निकल मिस्टेक हुई थी ,फिर भी रात को साडेतीन बजे मेक माय ट्रिप मे मेरा प्रॉब्लेम solve कर दिया.. और हॉटेल ने भी मुझे मेरा क्रिटिकल प्रॉब्लेम सॉल्व करणे मे बहुत को ओपरेट किया.. सुबह का ब्रेकफास्ट भी अच्छा था.. मै नेक्स्ट टाईम आऊंगा तो इसी हॉटेल मे स्टे करणा पसंद करूँगा...

It was one of the best experiences i had in recent times, i never expected the hotel to be that amazing. Situated just at a walking distance from is-con temple, this hotel provides amazing rooms, the rooms were very spacious infact quite bigger that a lot of hotels i have stayed in. Nice, spacious and clean rooms provided me the luxury i was looking for. The food at the malva restro was icing on the cake, they serve round the clock lip smacking food with really quick in room service. I would always recommend casa ora for a stay in ujjain.

Prices are very high. Not worth.
