We had a wonderful stay at the Indore Marriott. The staff was very courteous and helpful . The room was excellent, the restaurants were also great serving delicious food, the breakfast spread had a rich assortment of sumptuous dishes

One of the WORST EXPERIENCES ever had in life. Hotel Marriott indore has ruined my entire night. First i reached hotel late at 1 am after a super hectic day and to make it worse,the marriott staff helped me alot had to ask for my extra bed for 4 times and believe me when i say this even after the fourth time and almost 2 hours of waiting They gave me a hard rock extra bed and said all the rooms are occupied so the comfortable fluffy mattresses are all in use in the other rooms. This incident of such great hospitality is being done at 4 am in the approximately 3 hours from my first extra bed call. Believe me if you are an extra or the third person in your room either book another room or choose any other property but not this please. Thank you😭 Special thanks to MARRIOTT INDORE (5* property 😂) for the great ruined night and such pathetic hospitality. Ps: thanks to my duty manager for arranging a comforter on my extra bed, atleast it made it a bit okay to use and spend the morning cum night

A bit expensive but meets the Marriott standards.
The check-in process was good. The room was not as expected, but it was good. The bathroom design was a little bit odd. My rating for the cleanliness of the bathroom, and how housekeeping maintained it, is 6 out of 10. The location was okay – 7 out of 10. During the check-out process, I requested a late check-out as my flight was not until 7 PM, and I asked for a 4 PM check-out. It seems there was a group check-in on that day, but the front office staff offered me a 2:30 PM check-out and allowed me to sit in the lounge until 4:30, which served my purpose. We tried all the 3 restuarants. I personally did not like "Indoor"but my family liked it. Other two restuarans were really good.

Property is located at very nice area, you will find near by Malls and shops for shopping and you can enjoy morning walk as well. Food is excellent, Breakfast and lunch in garden area. It has very well maintained swimming pool and gym. Overall good experience.
