Bathroom very dirty water was not coming in the rocket water pressure was very low in the washroom the bathroom had a terrible smell had cockroaches, The water heater was not working. the furniture is old . The entrance area was filled with dirty water.

Excellent Location . Housekeeping needs lots of improvements. Reception counter service was smiling, cooperative and courteous .

The room wasn't clean, the tap and shower in the washroom were not working properly. There was no water in the room. Even the electricity went off again and again... Most important, the room service was pathetic.

Parking was a nightmare, the AC in the room was busted, and the bathroom lock was broken. We booked a room with breakfast, supposed to be 8-11am, but at 8:45 the breakfast area was still closed and the staff were asleep! No idea how this place gets good reviews; they must be paid. Avoid this place.

Decent Place with good staff. Nice rooms with clean wash rooms. Good connectivity and parking area.

Good staff and room hygiene

It was a decent experience, service was good but the room is not looks like it was looking in the photo.

The breakfast at this hotel was a major disappointment. The options were limited, and the quality was subpar.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.

Room service was very slow, water bottles they provided after 6-7 hours when we called multiple times. Room lights were blinking all the time. Towels provided very smelling.

Booked rooms with breakfast, when we went to the restaurant, they said only two rooms are booked so they will serve breakfast in the room with only parathas and tea, management is worst even rooms are in bad condition, bathroom is very messy, even rooms are not getting cleaned properly,

It is one of the worst hotel facility i have ever stayed in my life time. Stinking room, dirty linen, torn or run down towel, inferior quality bathing soap. On top of that, breakfast experience was utterly horrible. Till 8. 45 am, waiters or servers were sleeping and upon enquiring they said b/f will start after 9 am only. Limited choice b/f, either a loo paratha or veg sandwich. I ordered for a loo paratha and they served me after 50 minutes of waiting and only after reminding them twice and served just one paratha and that's it. I wouldn't have stayed in this property even for free, had i known the condition before. Worst experience. Sorry, i didn't capture images as those were not even worthy of my mobile phone space.

Staff are very helpful. Food is good and location is also good but rooms are small overall good experience
