The location of the property is neither too close to the Mahakaleshwar temple, thereby avoiding narrow streets and not too far either, thereby making it easy to reach the temple. Perfect proximity. The room and bathroom are clean and maintained daily. The linen is clean and replaced in time. The staff are very polite, helpful and cordial. The Status pure veg restaurant is the highlight. The food is of great taste and quality. The staff are quite helpful and arrange the food as per the customer's tastes. The HOTEL IMPERIAL GRAND can improve the cleanliness of the pool water and offer in-time services with lesser delays or repeatedly asking for something.

Comfort, Cleanliness & Caring Hospitality in Ujjain Had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Imperial Grand, Ujjain. A good HOTEL IMPERIAL GRAND for family stay with neat, clean, and well-maintained rooms and property. The location is quite convenient near Mahakaal Mandir. It is not walkable, but easily accessible with a short rickshaw ride. The staff was very helpful, polite, and courteous throughout the stay. Special appreciation to General Manager Mr. Vijay Pal for his excellent support and hospitality during our visit. Highly recommended for families visiting Ujjain.

Property was nice. It was 2 km away from Mahakal, but it is difficult to find a convenience from Mahakal to the location of the HOTEL IMPERIAL GRAND sometimes. Only the issue that I found out later was that the kitchen was not promptly responsive. I've asked them for the order and they said that they would call back, but they haven't. Then we had to reach the reception for our room service. The quality of the food was good. The amenities were great.

I recently stayed for two days and wanted to share my thoughts. The room was spacious, spotless, and the washroom was excellent—everything felt top-notch. However, with the breakfast, I noticed the selection was quite limited and repeated both days. It would be great to add more variety to keep it interesting. Overall, though, I had a lovely stay and truly appreciated the ambiance and service. Thank you for your hospitality!

We stayed as family with one kid of 3 years. Rooms were clean. Staff is supportive and responded quickly. Swimming Pool is for adults only. No separate kids pool which we missed a bit. Food is veg only and everything we ordered was good including the Dal Khichdi for kid.
