I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with a few aspects of my experience. At the time of check-in, the assistant was quite rude and uncooperative, which set a negative tone. In the breakfast dining hall, the staff seemed unpolished and service was not up to standard. The rooms were okay, but the bathroom door did not close properly, which was inconvenient. Even though I was staying alone, I believe that after making full payment, I deserve proper amenities and service. As for the food, both quality and taste were average, nothing special. Overall, the stay was not very satisfactory, and I feel there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of staff behavior, maintenance, and food standard

The room was very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment throughout my stay. The hotel staff were polite, helpful, and responsive. The check-in process was quick and smooth, which made a great first impression. Every time I called for room service, the response was prompt and efficient. The breakfast in the morning offered a wide variety of items, and the taste of the food was excellent. It was a great way to start the day. We had an amazing stay in this property. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are big and spacious. Breakfast was too good with large variety of options. We had to depart early morning so they even packed our breakfast at 5 AM Thankyou!

Rooms are clean buttoo small for the price. No pressure in jet spray in closet Food and room service are good

One of our rooms was very small though same price for both rooms, not very comfortable stay. even fittings etc in rooms are limited

As per the prices, the stay was not so good. Small rooms with a lot of hidden. charges. If you buy tea from restaurant it costs 75 rs and if you ask for room then it costs 200 rs

Enjoyed my stay at Best Western Plus Hotel. Great location, lot of food options near by of all type. Very accomodating staff. Great service. Indore major attractions like 56, rajwada are easily accessible.
