it is a pathetic experience, it is not a hotel, it is Dharmshala. the room condition is very poor and the bathroom is very dirty. they are not providing a water bottle Even. so please be careful while booking, they don't have resturant as well

Hotel is at Good Location near to Mahakaleshwar Temple and Main Market. Room Service was decent. Washrooms could have been better considering location and price of the property. They have lush green lawns for evening and morning walk and breakfast options opposite the main gate.

behaviour of the owners was very rude, we check inn at hotel and we booked 3 rooms, extra bed charges was Rs . 500 per bed, but they charges us Rs. 700 per bed because of we don't book hotel directly. we took 2 extra bedded and they charged us Rs 400 extra. although behaviour was very rude. No recommended for anyone.

Had a wonderful stay at Ruchishree Garden, pretty close to the Mahakal Temple. The place was very clean with a huge garden which made the surroundings very cool despite the onset of summer. The room was also spacious and clean. The owner was himself available and was very warm, hospitable and welcoming. He also guided how to explore the city. A very good option for family to stay

I had a fantastic stay at ruchishree garden. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm hospitality and great service. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The environment was safe and secured. A good place for families to stay.

Manager was too much rude and not much co-operative. Staffs were very slow for any type of service. I have already paid them for early check-in. They also charged me too much money for late check-out for approx 30 to 45 min late. I have paid him 5000 rs for early check-in and late check-out for one day for two rooms. He also takes my time to pay in cash only no any online payment method was accepted. I walked around 1 km for arranging the cash payment. भाई धर्मशाला में रुक जाओ फुटपाथ पर रुक जाओ लेकिन इस होटल(होटल भी नहीं है ये शादी विवाह का बैंक्वेट हाल है)में मत रुकना और रुकना तो अर्ली चेक इन मत करना और लेट चेक आउट मत करना और कर लिए तो कैश लेकर जाना क्योंकि upi करने पर ये तुमसे 5% extra लेंगे tax के नाम पर।

No complimentary ro water was there, i was provided with only one ltr bislery bottle, is it enough for two people staying there for 24 hr, while asking for more drinking water, i was asked to pay

First of all there is road construction work going on. And looks like this is not the hotel is a wedding venue and rooms are given for stay Rooms are terrible Cleanliness was third class Old rooms lodge type

The rooms were good, but the toilet space can be improved. Good space for parking your vehicle safe.

This place doesn't match the cost. Mosquitoes are there. Hot water isn't available. It's worth under 1000 but not good for 3k to 5k charge.

Bathroom of the hotel room was not clean. It is like some public lodge. Bed linen were dirty. Worst experience. Facilities were like free loading space at very high price.

Hotel staff is good but hotel room infrastructure is very poor except garden. Toilet and sink dirty even after cleaning. Location is good but far from temple. 5k per night is quite for single room, just to stay and no breakfast even.

Room was ok. Double bed was almost 5. 0" size. No pantry services for tea & coffee. In room service driking water is chargeable. Your vehicle parking & safely is not their priority

The hotel manager was very cooperative person. The location is very good, everything within 2 km range of hotel, breakfast and restaurant is near the hotel, fresh air, clean room. Overall experience was very good
