The hotel was very wonderful, the staff and services were amazing, mind blowing service, the hotel had very good facilities, superb, mind blowing.

Service offered was all good...but some cleanliness issue with blankets and bedsheet and also in complementary breakfast same food served both days with not much varieties.

Stay was good. I liked the food at their in-house restaurant. Breakfast buffet could be improved as I didn’t like the taste. Also it is near from Ujjain station and Mahakal mandir as well. Overall a good experience.

Had a comfortable stay, kind staff and very clean premises. Staff went above and beyond to take care of couple of our requests. Close to railway station and temples.

Our Stay was good in the Imperial Hotel Location - Very near to Mahakaleshwar temple and other Locations Food - Good and excellent Veg Food we tried for dinner and also Buffet Breakfast Clean and Hygiene rooms Cooperative and Friendly staffs suggestions - buffet spreads need to be elaborated with more options in food fresh juice need to be added and also some fresh fruits.

Stayed here recently and found it to be great value for money. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Washrooms could be upgraded a little for an even better experience. The complimentary breakfast was superb – especially the poha and tea, which were very tasty. Overall, a satisfying and comfortable stay.
