Poor experience

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The washroom was not very clean overall, and the building was old poorly maintained. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, which was frustrating as an traveler. Service was extremely slow—even simple requests for cutlery took over 30 minutes. The staff would stand waiting for tips immediately after arriving say they just put the luggage and stand there and wont leave waiting for tips and after every order, which made the experience very awkward. They should teach their staff how to behave professionally, especially for a four-star hotel, and understand that tips are given at the end of the stay or at the guest’s own choice. The 10 AM checkout is unusually early, and they began reminding us from 9 AM. Overall, it was not worth the price and needs major improvement.

We reached at night took dinner at there restaurant first as we travelled from long . Me and my wife and mother had dinner .daughter was not well .after billing I said add in my room I will pay after . They were dying not possible ,you have to pay now only .i gently paid . At night my daughter awake we ordered sandwich for her at 12 person came he said you have to pay now even after I said add I. Room or I will pay in morning . So I don’t want to stay again there.

Don't go with high service expectations

Property is nice with decent rooms and amenities. Buffet quality is average, but the service is pathetic. The whole staff crew has 0 professionalism. When we arrived, 3 staff came and started asking for money. when we left the staff covered the whole car asking for money. the pool security guy was super grumpy and started asking for room details in an insulting time, didn't ask anyone else. the staff repeatedly asked my parents to vacate the room after 11 am Standard checkout time is 10am but my booking had 3 hrs of later checkout added. Really below par experience. Go only if you want a good property and don't care about the service and experience.

The staff behavior was very disappointing. Despite arriving on time, our check-in was delayed, and even guests who came after us were given rooms before us. We were also kept waiting for 15 minutes at the time of checkout under the pretext of a room check – something I haven’t experienced at any other hotel. Additionally, unlike other guests, we were not offered the welcome drink, which made us feel ignored. Overall, the experience was not worth it and far below expectations.

Smelly rooms,bad condition of bathrooms..room charges n taxes were more but no amenities in room.. late service.. Maine 2:30 AM check-in kiya hotel me, but morning me like staff was like checkout, Kijiye, checkout, Kijiye, at least have some concern ki Raat me quite late check-in hua Road, traffic and rain ki wazah se aur hum late hogye please have some concern.
