Bathroom is stinky and dirty. Dust everywhere. Insects flying here and there

It was a pleasant stay. The room was neat & clean. Mine was an official visit. Ambience was welcoming. Overall, stay was great.

It’s mentioned as resort on site, but the conditions were worst. They not even providing water bottles in room. Beds and everything thing in bad condition. Washroom was dirty

Yeah hotel is good but too be honest its too over priced and tax also high

There is no service in night, i call for some milk for child but they denied both time, there is no staff only 1 member at that time. And he said kitchen is closed so this property is not for family.

Stay was excellent room was clean staff was polite facilities were adequate food was also good and served hot

I will not recommend this hotel. As there is no professional staff in hotel. They have one staff who took my food order and prepared food and served it's self. Room was soo dirty and bedsheets was not cleaned. They don't have poss card machine and asked to do up i payments. Even food was pathetic and served wrong order in room. I will not recommend at all.

Hygiene and safety was well maintained. Location is outer to centre of indore. It is near to rajendra bus stop and around 10 kms away from centre. Food i didn't tried as most of the time i was out of hotel during lunch and dinner time. Hotel was safe as it was monitored by cc tv camera everywhere. Service was little bit lagging as they don't have much staff and i have to carry my luggage myself to room. Lift was available.

the property is poshly furnished but is being run by a family who have no experience in hospitality. u shud compare it with more like a home stay. at the price tag it's a bad wastage of money.

I think they should replace transparent windows blinds by dark curtains

The hotel room was good. The only problem we faced is that there was nobody to carry luggage after check out. The hotel seems understaffed!

Very good place to stay good decent hotel and good cooperative staffs and food was also good and within budget.

Food was great but only vegetarian, room was great spacious with very good view of the lawn.

Everything was fine in this hotel. The room was spacious and the washroom was clean. The area around the hotel is safe. The hotel is safe and secured. I will recommend this property to others.

The hotel is not safe And secured as I didn't saw any guard in the hotel. The room was not so much spacious. The staff behaviour was ok. I took breakfast at the hotel which was bad. The location of the hotel is convenient for my purpose of visit.
