The location was good, the hospitality could have been better, rooms provided were not as per the photos. Also the facilities for in house guests were limited, no swimming pool access during day time, all the activities were paid

familyWorst experience with zone by the park chain of hotel. Pathetic and cold food was served, and was nit freshly prepared. Staff was very unprofessional. Though on internet check out is mentioned at 1100 hrs, but the receptionist started calling at 1000 hrs, telling to check out as check out time is 1000 hrs as per them.

coupleNo privacy for couple. Suite and other rooms share same one balcony. U always feel that someone is on window. Waste of money. 9 30 pm check in and 1 am in night check out. And i paid for suite. 3000 more -6500rs waste. And staff is unprofessional. Like 3 trier cites guest house

Rooms and corridor was too smoky. People are drinking and smoking with there doors open. Even after telling the staff, no one did an attempt to change room. Doesn't seems to be a good choice for family and kids unless you are drinking and smoking.

It is the best place for the family adventure and comfort stay near indore, the rooms are neat & clean, loved the service and the food, we were two couple staying, one booked suite room which was spacious with bath tub, dinning table, gallery, in addition to the other booked deluxe room.
