Poor Stay
The hotel is over priced and the service here is pathetic. I came here because of the brand Sayaji , what I got in reality is a very bad experience . Would recommend people to avoid this hotel

Bad infrastructure and experience
The stay and food was terrible. Bed and other amenities were subpar. Room had black mold at certain small patches and housekeeping turned our room upside down in our absence without our permission. Electricity problem was a major issue and the iron box provided had burnt clothes stuck to it. Laundry service didn’t turn up even after calling thrice. Overall a terrible experience. Would never recommend it to anyone.

Reception lobbyist proactivness poor
Rooms are clean , reception service is very poor -and not proactive, also they never pick you call never ever or even bother to call back the guest.

Average Stay
Hotel was good but there is was not welcome for guest, All staff at reception was busy in some tasks as noted a marriage party was there and reception is full of visitors. For registration process receptionist took 10-15 minutes and in between not offered my family to sit in reception area. I don't liked the their behaviour

No control over other drunk guests
ACs not working so we were relocated to a different floor. Entire night was spent dealing with the ruckus of the drunk people in the nearby rooms. The general manager- Manish was out of station and there was a random new joinee put at night on the front desk - a young fellow incapable of doing anything about the situation. Pathetic state of affairs in terms of management.

Average Stay
Stay at Eiffel was very very average. Was really not happy with the whole stay. The service was not great. The staff over there is quite rude, specially Mr Harpal the manager of the restaurant they do not know how to behave with customers and I wouldn't recommend anybody to stay there

Terrible Stay
There were unnecessary knocking, door bell ringing and phone calls in middle of nights. Not sure what exactly was happening, shared the feedback on front desk as well.

The overall experience was unsatisfactory. The service was way below average. Staff is not trained to be service oriented . Special mention of Mr. Harpal restaurant manager, who was shockingly rude & uncooperative. The only thing good was the food. Even the rooms are average. Not recommended to stay.

The location of the property is great with a variety of food options around the property. The rooms are slightly small but well maintained with sofa and ample place for luggage. The bed is cosy for a good sleep. Food options are plenty and have tried a few which turned out to be good..The washrooms are neat and clean and room service is great.
