The overall experience was unsatisfactory. The service was way below average. Staff is not trained to be service oriented . Special mention of Mr. Harpal restaurant manager, who was shockingly rude & uncooperative. The only thing good was the food. Even the rooms are average. Not recommended to stay.

Good Stay
The location of the property is great with a variety of food options around the property. The rooms are slightly small but well maintained with sofa and ample place for luggage. The bed is cosy for a good sleep. Food options are plenty and have tried a few which turned out to be good..The washrooms are neat and clean and room service is great. Had a pleasant and refreshing stay!!

Terrible Stay
I stayed at Effotel by Sayaji, Indore, and the experience was very disappointing. The management was highly unprofessional and failed to handle basic guest requirements. There was constant disturbance throughout my stay, making it impossible to relax. For a hotel that carries the Sayaji name, I expected far better service and hospitality. Unfortunately, the poor management and lack of proper attention to guest comfort completely ruined the experience. Definitely not recommended.

The stay was good and the food was top notch. I would have given 5 but the problem we faced was the frequent powercut.

Excellent Stay
Great ambient and foood is excellent. Nice place to stay with family. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city hence a good place to stay.

BEST HOTEL IN INDOR
The hotel room was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The services provided were top-notch, and the food was delicious. Everyone was cooperative, making it a fantastic experience. It's definitely one of the best hotels in Indore.

Average Stay
Room AC wasn’t working properly with stuffy smell all about. Also ,washroom(especially sink) was not cleaned properly and also had issue with water logging . Breakfast service was slow and staff was unbothered to clean tables from previously used tables .

The hotel’s location also offers easy access to local gems like 56 Dukaan, where you can sneak out to enjoy some shopping or street food adventures. Nearby, Apna Sweets is a must-visit for picking up delicious namkeen and sweets, and indulging in classic Indori poha and jalebi is a delightful experience. Terrible Stay
I booked a hotel and paid advance amount at the time of booking. Hotel has demanded again the same amount at the time of checkout. They mentioned that due to system issue, not able to generate bill. We can not expect this from a branch of 5star hotel. No professionalism, worst experience ever.

I recently stayed at Effotel Hotel in Indore, and it was a delightful experience overall. The staff were welcoming. The stay was comfortable.
