Terrible Stay

it was a nightmare with the academic not working, the keys not been given while check in , the soup was so horrible , the cups for tea ..were dirty and then while you are tired and want to sleep a good one , got to know that hotel had a booking for some marriage thing and there was music played till late night ..asked for cotton to cover the ears,no one reverted...it was all disgusting

This was my first stay at HOTEL Enrise BY Sayaji, and the experience was excellent. The hotel rooms were very neat and clean, and the room service was prompt and efficient. The beds were comfortable, and the ambiance of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was well-organized, offering a good variety of tasty food. Hotel is very well located and has impressive exterior. But that is all. Room felt unhygienic- floor was sticky, gave dirty feel. Food was below average - both in quality and variety. Response if staff was unfriendly. Gym is in a shoe box with total of three equipment. Had booked thinking it to be family of Sayaji - changed next day
