Worst and Pathetic hotel I had ever stayed. I had booked 330 sq ft room but I was given much smaller room. They committed to change the room but never upgraded the room despite regular request s. there were many cockroache on bed and everywhere. when complained to hotel, manager said that you can check out from the hotel at 11pm in night.. Handwash in bathroom not refilled despite calling reception thrice. Breakfast was pathetic, tea was cold..Staff is extremely rude, no manners, this hotel will close soon..
