Excellent Stay
I had a great stay at Crescent with my family. Every aspect of the stay was so well taken care of by the staff. The chef made sure that all the food items was so tasty and prepared as per our feedback. The restaurant staff always had a smile on their face while greeting guests. The housekeeping staff were very supportive and made sure that we had a great stay. The team of Aman, Julia, Mukul and team always made sure that the room was really clean and comfortable. The best part about the resort is the huge area that is available which gives the kids opportunity to play, roam around and enjoy nature which helps them stay away from screen time.

Not good as described
Property is old. There are so many problems. There is mobile network problem and wifi was not working good there. Small tiles in swimming pool were also broken. If you order food in room, you have to pay cash even if its midnight. The road to reach property is not good. Overall 4/10 for stay.

Average Stay
I've asked to reschedule my bus as which i booked has to be cancelled by them. They have asked me to change the time 1 hr early. And also this bus running late by 40 min from scheduled time. NeuGo is better option than the chartered on this route now

Hands down, one of the best resort stays ever! Perfect for families, with tons of kids' activities. Our rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had amazing options. Plus, all the food was delicious. Highly recommend..!!

Rooms were very spacious, neat & clean. Food taste was amazing but need to have more options for lunch and dinner. Service staff was very cooperative also amenities were good but i think they need to expand pool area plus cycling area

worth the stay
one of my best stay in my whole life the staff is so good and well behaved amenities are so good that u dont feel bored 🥱 in resort even they have their own waterpark just besides the resort food are just bit expensive but worth the taste. i would like to give 9/10⭐
