Good Location
hote location is very good , calm place, you can relax & enjoy with your family, I booked suite room 203 which was beyond my expectations. room was very spacious & has 02 bathroom separately.

Good peaceful sta
Resort is 19 KM away from Indore closer to Indore Bhopal highway. The property is well maintained. Don't expect water park access if you are booking with MMT, Swimming pool is good for kids and pool side restaurant and bar is also good.

Excellent Stay
It was one in a lifetime and amazing experience. So much of indoor activities including water park , gym , personal theatre ,pool etc to do. Nice , well behaved and very cooperative staff... Helped me in conducting and organising trip to mahakaal and omkareshwar.And amazing food ..enjoyed every bit of my stay

Good Stay
It was the best stay, the view of the waterpark was magnificent with clear blue pool water. The buffet for morning breakfast was also tasty. Room was spacious and well maintained. In room dine in was also good just the kadhai paneer could have been better and tandoori royi was little hard to chew..

Excellent Stay
I had a great stay at Crescent with my family. Every aspect of the stay was so well taken care of by the staff. The chef made sure that all the food items was so tasty and prepared as per our feedback. The restaurant staff always had a smile on their face while greeting guests. The housekeeping staff were very supportive and made sure that we had a great stay. The team of Aman, Julia, Mukul and team always made sure that the room was really clean and comfortable. The best part about the resort is the huge area that is available which gives the kids opportunity to play, roam around and enjoy nature which helps them stay away from screen time.

Not good as described
Property is old. There are so many problems. There is mobile network problem and wifi was not working good there. Small tiles in swimming pool were also broken. If you order food in room, you have to pay cash even if its midnight. The road to reach property is not good. Overall 4/10 for stay.

Average Stay
I've asked to reschedule my bus as which i booked has to be cancelled by them. They have asked me to change the time 1 hr early. And also this bus running late by 40 min from scheduled time. NeuGo is better option than the chartered on this route now

Hands down, one of the best resort stays ever! Perfect for families, with tons of kids' activities. Our rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had amazing options. Plus, all the food was delicious. Highly recommend..!!
