we went at 4pm at hotel and got all the keys at 6pm , all accessories was not there at room like towel soap etc we got almost 1 hour after chekin to room.flooring was not cleaned it was stickey. totally unhappy we saw name marriot but 1st time we got this type of experience in marriot group

There was no stay facility for driver

Property was bad we were charged extra, there was no shower just a hand shower

Basic things are missing such as coffee milk strainer asking lot of time for utensils then it was not even informed for no smoking

I liked the Customer service and room quality. Spacious enough. Amazing stay would recommend to my frnds and family to book the hotel whenever they are in Indore

One of the most horrible experiences i ever had . The property’s management is terrible at everything. There are no clean towels, the washrooms were dirty , no water nothing at all when we checked in . After that you have to call again and again for all the necessities even then the glasses they will bring are not clean and washed. These guys are most pathetic hotel staff that you can ever come across. Dont bother even staying at the property.

Zero service Zero room service Miss selling online booking and one you booked you have facing room service issue majorly

Our stay at Marriott was very excellent , luxurious and hassle free Their food was delicious and the staff was very polite and respectful. They provided all the facilities mentioned with no extra cost. Overall the stay was very nice and the location was also convenient.

Hotel location was good. Rooms was very small and below average considering 4-Star Marriott Hotel. Buffet food quality was good, but bakery items and other items were lacking.

Location is ok as most hotels are in same vicinity. If you consider the rate, it is value for money.

the most creepy staff one can have.. they are doing their job just for rating and review and they will be behind u all the time for putting reviews... this is horrible.. I had complained about a chef also while checking out that he is creepy and extra pushy... I was very uncomfortable when he was looking at me.. I avoided and let it go.. but this same guy has audacity to take my personal number from somewhere n mgs me for a review... this is very very uncomfortable and unacceptable... how can a staff have my personal no.?

Hotel communication was slow, no working reception phone to get to. No response to early check-in request as their incoming was wrong number.
