Complaint/Review: There was no food service available. The AC near the bathroom wasn’t working and there was no cooling in the room. The room was not cleaned, and it was very noisy. The electricity kept going off again and again — no proper lighting at all. Overall, it was the worst experience.

The rooms were clean, and the staff was well-trained. The best feature was the ability to check in at both of their properties in Indore and Ujjain without any extra charges. We had some work in Indore, so after finishing, we checked in at their Bhawarkuan branch and rested for a few hours. Around midnight, we left for Ujjain for Mahakal Darshan and checked in at their Ujjain property around 2 AM. Sia at Indore branch and Deepak and Sunil at Ujjain branch were humble and helpful, ensuring that our stay was smooth and comfortable.

We had stayed at Kiwi Inn Hotel, Indore. At the time of check-in Ms. Sia made us pay extra. for upgrading Standard Room to Deluxe and to be refunded at the time of checkout. However, they have given us standard room only that too with worst quality. No towels were given. Drinking water was supplied after 30 minutes and multiple complaints. No hot water was supplied even after repeated follow-ups. At the time of checkout, Mr. Shubham asked us to give 5 star rating to give back our refund. We said we don’t want to give 5 star then Mr. Shubham said they are not having cash so asked us to give our PhonePay QR and told us to refund it online after sometime. We had train to catch so we have given QR and left the hotel. After then, Mr. Shubham & Ms. Sia are threatening that if we give 5 star rating then only they will refund us. They are talking very rudely and unprofessionally. Mr. Vickey, claiming to the owner of 4 hotels, threatened us to give 5 star rating we clearly denied and asked him to give back our refund. He spoke very rudely and told us he’ll not refund anything and asked us to do whatever we can.
