Good Experience
It was good experience with Ramee group. Overall experience was good in all aspects. The food at tanatan was also good. I know Ramee from mumbai.

Average Stay
Stayed with family. Ambience and food taste were excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, half the food menu wasn’t available, and even basic items like water were quite expensive. Not allowing outside food made it worse. Overall, a bit disappointing given the good staff and pleasant environment.

Terrible Stay
I had booked a room for my senior citizen parents for 2 nights ...at the time of checkout my father noticed a small crack on WC in washroom and same was informed to front desk..at the time of checkout they charged me 12000 rupees for a damages which we haven't done at all ...front desk staff were rude and said why didn't u check at the time of check in ...are guest suppose to take a video of the hotel room and washroom before staying in...what rubbish ...I will never visit ur hotel again..

Poor Stay
rooms were good since it is a newly built hotel.. staff was rude and the amenities was not available as the hotel claimed... poor housekeeping. food charges are too high like 6 star hotels

Food quality is good. Food price is high. Hotel is located on the bypass hence good for people travelling Rooms are good but expectation was the rooms would have been bit larger Good check in experience Good check out experience Very good breakfast Good staff well mannered and decent staff. Excellent Stay
Very good hotel for family, though little away from major tourist attractions. However travelling to tourist attractions within Indore is easy by OLA. Food is very tasty,good quality and quantity with many options available. Breakfast Menu is excellent at Tanatan restaurant. Staff at reception counter are courteous, polite and helpful in nature. Entire staff including the Chefs at Tanatan are very attentive, polite, caring to our needs, with prompt service. Housekeeping services are very excellent. Rooms clean and neat. Quiet atmosphere with good ambience. Free Wifi and all amenities provided need based In house food services are prompt. Overall a very good experience. Highly recommend for family

I must say this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The hospitality is truly top-notch – from the ambience to the food, everything exceeded expectations. They offer a complimentary breakfast with a wide variety, including salads, breads, desserts, and look a live counter for dosa, paratha, and omelet, along with traditional Indian options like idli, poha, and puri bhaji. The staff are extremely polite, always ready to help, and they welcomed me warmly with a refreshing welcome drink. The hotel has a very luxurious look and feel, making the stay even more enjoyable.
