The location is fantastic, close to all the important places. The staff is courteous and helps you with requests like early checkins. Special mention for the food - loved it each time we had a meal there.

Slightly internal but very peaceful and nice tents. Service is very nice. Food is also very nice. Night cultural program and service during it is awesome. Overall stay is memorable.

Well maintained property. courteous staff , all amenities required were made available immediately. we didnt try the food, but ordered food from outside was allowed . All in all very good experience.

There was no peace of mind throughout the stay. Basic amenities such as a dental kit, comb etc were missing from the room and for every small requirement we had to call the reception (neither room service nor the kitchen would respond to your calls indefinitely). The AC unit was dripping water and had to be fixed and at one point mid night the water supply in the washroom stopped completely requiring another repair request in morning. It felt like I was there just to get things fixed. Moreover, the options of early check-in and check-out showed while booking seemed pointless as the staff showed no willingness to accommodate additional requests or extend any extra support.

The place is well maintained and value for money. Adha places well maintained and value for money. All the staff are very cordial and helpful. So overall it's a nice experience.

Absolutely pathetic experience with Hotel Winway! Despite rooms clearly showing available on Makemytrip, the property refused to support me during a genuine family emergency. They neither provided a credit note nor extended/adjusted my stay dates — instead, they happily kept my hard-earned money without giving a single service in return. No one at the property bothers to pick up calls or reply to messages. It’s crystal clear this hotel is completely money-oriented and has zero concern for customer satisfaction or humanity. If you expect even the slightest cooperation, compassion, or professionalism — stay away from this place. They will take your money and leave you stranded!

The location of the property is excellent, and the overall property is well-maintained and comfortable. However, there is scope for improvement in the service aspect. The Wi-Fi did not function properly during my stay, which was inconvenient, and some basic utility kits (such as toothbrush, toothpaste, and shaving kit) were not provided. Apart from these issues, the overall experience was pleasant and the stay was satisfactory.
