The property is situated very far from the city centre. The MMT charged me too much for this room which was actually for a lot less... anyways we had to book another hotel and shift there... the reception and staff were good though and helpful.

We were provided wrong rooms from what we had booked for. After we checked the rooms and asked them to change, they showed us rooms on 3rd Floor where AC wasn’t working. We tried complaining but they were also non responsive; they put my call on hold for 10 mins with no resolution and later call got hanged up with no response till date. This was my 2nd visit in the Nahagarh Palace, but was terrible..... not preferable henceforth.

worst experience in hotel. washroom was terrible. don't book breakfast they give you just poha and tea. even after mentioning mineral water in booking they give normal tap water. very smelly property. the owner is very bad. not safe to go with family.
