it's overall good experience in terms of room but need to improve the food varieties and quality. rest is ok. billing format is not questionable as customer pays to the concern but in the bill it's showing pending

VERY VERY GOOD HOTEL
Very pleasant and Comfortable Stay at the hotel. The food offered was very delicious and the staff behavior was very polite and friendly.

Exciting Stay at Playotel Premium
We stayed in Playotel for 2 Nights, it was a great stay. A great location is near to prime sports food - excellent spread of buffet Breakfast and other food items which we tried for dinner Staff - very cooperative and supportive rooms were clean and nicely maintained

it was mentioned that there are indore game and when I asked about that they said they can change ludo , Carom card but there was no dedicated indore game room . please don't put misleading or incorrect information. overall good was good , room was clean and we'll maintained . I would have given it 4 or 5 also if you had not put the misleading or incorrect information. my kid was very upset after knowing that there are no indore game

Excellent Stay
Great stay.The youngsters managing the property are true professionals a 100 percent committed to hosting guests.A big shout out to Mr Nitant Sharma at the front office and Shri Bagwan who takes care of the sightseeing plans.His pleasant mannerisms will be remembered by me for a long time.The breakfast spread is superb.The rooms are spotless and well appointed.The restaurant staff is caring and hard working.The one area of improvement would be to slash restaurant prices by atleast thirty percent.

An excellent stay in indore!
I got an upgrade to the suite since we were three members.I would appreciate the staff to be considerate enough and give us an upgrade.The location of the hotel is perfect with eateries,a mall and other facilities nearby.We had a complimentary breakfast and the spread was a mix of north indian and south indian.The spread was good and service was quick.We also had dinner(buffet) which was great too from the price perspective.I would love to appreciate saloni at the restaurant for great service.I would love to extend my gratitude and appreciate Astha & Ravi for a quick check in and check out at reception.The entire staff was warm,helpful and welcoming.I would recommend the hotel for family and couple both!
