Review Of Hotel Solaris

Photos shown and actual room is quite not in line. Rooms are poor to avarage catagory and has many not up to the mark points.

Premium room not at all matches with Rates. They are mediocre only. better to stay in deluxe and save money.

Food , location etc were good. But one of the room washroom had very bad smell unlivable room.

location, food & service was good for amenities i will give a poor review because they show a swimming pool which is under maintenance & they didn't inform us before and after checkin, they show jacuzzi & steam-sauna but it is also not available after a long debate with makemytrip customer care & hotel management they provide steam-sauna to us. so, it helped us at last

It was really good! We had an awesome stay and it was very hygenic. Staff and people over there were really kind.

There were so many things which were out of order in my room. I got a cut in my toe while enjoying the swimming pool because the tiles of the pool were sharp. They were charging unnecessary money for Tea which was not served.

The behavior of the staff was not good. No system was working there, like the bathroom door was not closing. And the AC was not working properly. The bed sheets and blankets were not clean. I do almost all my bookings through Make My Trip but I did not like this booking at all

Since the hotel is located outskrit of city, there is no issue of Traffic, snd good access to rest part of the city. Rooms are specious and hyginic. Staffs are very cooperative and extend good services. lt needs little improvisation of food quality.

I would like to bring to your attention that the room allotted to us upon arrival was not properly cleaned. And 2room alloted us is also not ready for check in even if we reach at 3 pm where as check in timw was 1 pm which made our check-in experience uncomfortable.

Average stay...can't blame the staff...there are less staff and more work..had to wait for over 1 hour for the dinner...rooms are not properly ventilated

Our stay at Solaris was excellent. We were cordially welcomed by staff. Room cleanliness was great. Staff was cooperative even the security guard. The property has almost all amenities like swimming pool, Gym and Badminton Court.

Very rude behavior at the reception,Housekeeping does not pick up the phone even after calling several times.Room r good but service r bad 👎🏻

Satisfactory but need more improvement in staff. We got the room which was not clean and housekeeping also very slow and not supportive.

the stay is great. although the tap for shower did not work as expected and we realised it late. and the staff during night shift is absolutely useless. We asked for water late at 11pm they said they will send but no one came and we slept without water as it was getting late. the morning staff was courteous and helped us in checkout. overall experience was great, the hotel is worth staying a day.

Skyline hotel indor is very good

The staff was welcomming and amazing. The staw was surprisingly cheap.. but the ambiance and room didn't feel the same way.. the everything was good according to price point.
