No food service and toiletries available in the hotel. There was only room .

Worst hotel they didn’t let me check in. They told me that there is police complaint in the hotel so I cant check in.

This hotel offers a comfortable and clean stay with friendly and courteous staff. Room service was prompt and efficient. The rooms and bathrooms were well-maintained. While the location is slightly off the main road, it's still within walking distance and offers a peaceful environment. Overall, good value for money.

Neat and clean hotel with very cooperative staff. Hotel is serving good quality of food at reasonable price. There is no resturant inside hotel but they have collaboration with nearby restaurant. Instead of using google to reach location i would suggest to call hotel and staff will guide you to reach there. Its behind gurukripa resturant near by hotel infinity. Thank you pine tree team !

Rooms were not clean at all! Curtains were stinking! No proper facility as per the charges! Towels are so hard and almost of no use!

Hotel cleaning is very good and staff is very cooperative. Location is quite reachable but google map will create confusions to reach over there.

Location - situated in the heart of the city, this hotel gives connectivity to the entire city. It's also close to the upcoming Metro. Staff - Polite, helpful & responsive Cleanliness - the upkeep of the room wasn't good. Linen, towels & room fixtures truly need an upgrade (bedside had chunks of hair clearly showing lack of cleanliness) Washroom fixtures need an urgent upgrade. Shower was not working Hot water not available. They also overcharged for water bottles (50% markup over the MRP) Overall, a hotel suitable only for a single male person with the only advantage of location & being pet friendly.

The property is 500 mtrs walkable to radisson square and 900 to vijay chowk, two prominent spots for getting busses to ujjain, omkareshwar, or anywhere else. Close to markets, hospitals, and yet far feom noise and bustle. My rooms were clean and without and well appointed for the money they charge. I found it value for money to stay without much frills.
