Kyriad Hotel Indore by OTHPL

Had a perfect stay at Kyriad Indore, the location was perfect with ample food options around the Meghdoot Garden. Also all amenities were present and the restaurant had yummy food. Overall I recommend this when staying in Indore.

Hotel staff was very polite and services offered were very prompt. booked 2 room there and found neat and clean environment and cosy comfort like home. Few things need to improve like in room amenities and toiletries .

Nice ambiance, clean rooms, friendly staff, tasty food but a bit expensive.

The property was very good and very well maintained. Morning breakfast has many varieties and the staff of the hotel are very nice. So must visit hotel at reasonable price

I was travelling with my family. I would say that it was one of the best experience out of other hotels/properties in have stayed in indore. Every member who were serving in this hotel was very humble and polite. Specially when it comes to getting essentials things for infant baby (since we were travelling with our baby), they helped us a lot.

Pathetic experience. Very small rooms, No bathroom, remaining small space in Toilet converted to Bathroom. Ugly experience.

Overall experience was Average. please refer below ratings - a) Location - 3/5 b) Food - 3/5 (do not book rooms with meal plan as hotel don't provide buffet lunch / dinner. Restaurant staff will provide you very limited options for food and you will feel like cheated.) c) Service - 2/5 d) Check in - 3/5 e) Room -3/5 (booked two rooms - Suite & Superior but all amenities were not available as given in description)

clean rooms. we used food room service, which was also prompt. hotel has a restaurant attached, which is good. we liked the breakfast spread as well

Stay experience was good, clean and hygienic property, staff was also very helpful and polite, over all very good experience.

Washroom and room are not clean properly. They provide only 2 - 500ml bottle. No facility as per sweet room

The experience of staying at hotel kyriad was very wonderful, the entire staff is very efficient, very good behavior, the room was very comfortable and nice, next time whenever i come to indore, i will stay at hotel kyriad only.

I already stayed in kyraid in different location so i knew it, that it's good for stay,.

Average budget hotel. It’s old with small washroom. The curtains are dirty and stinks. The plus point are the food, wifi speed and location. However, the person taking food order always makes mistakes and sends wrong food.

The hotel staff members were very kind. The breakfast menu was so good with good spreads available. The overall stay was pleasant.

The staff is very polite, and the service is very quick. The food was awesome, i will definitely recommend it to everyone to stay once in kyriad

The restaurant food( sandwich) serving tray had cockroaches and alloo paratha had hairs inside it. I have shown it to the staff.

The location is a prime place. Very close the city centre and a major garden. However, the room was very disappointing. The linen was damp and washroom extremely small. The food was great though.

The stay was comfortable and i didn’t face any issues. The breakfast was good and the staff was polite & courteous. It was quite economical too.
