Location is excellent. The room is good size and very nice. Bathroom could be a little bigger. Good breakfast spread. Very helpful staff especially Raju in reception area. He was very polite and helpful

It was our one day halt before heading back home after Ujjain darshan and was worth it. The indoor pool is 10/10 especially for small babies. The concierge was very polite and their restaurant staff is super. They accommodated for us in every way possible. Only thing, the night staff at housekeeping was deliberately not picking calls and the receptionist didn’t bother to investigate but got the job done so that’s that.

Extremely poor services and stay. The AC in the room wasn't working. Even after calling the engineer twice in the night there was no fix and we had to sleep with a stand fan. The bathrooms were extremely dirty, smelly and had mosquitoes. This isn't the kind of stay you expect from a brand like Sarovar Portico.

The rooms were small but overall it was a decent stay. The location is pretty close to the market and it saves time

Very poor and bad welcome after I will check in in room I found room is not clean and very dirty smell so I call reception than after 30 minutes he was send my luggage than we shifted the room I am travelling with my daughter and that is very bad experience in big brand

Although Sarovar is renowned chain. But we had terrible experience at Indore Sarovar Portico. We were given general room but on mmt pics photos were from deluxe room. In breakfast while eating dosa we found stone and that too big one that could have injured teeth. Lotion bottles in room were empty. On the last day we requested for packed breakfast and the people working on 21 August were least bothered. We had to wait 20 additional minutes and got late for the flight. Staff was reluctant to pack breakfast and were least interested. So overall we had really bad experience and we will never prefer sarovar portico again for our travel.

Room we’re not up to the mark. Washroom also too tight. Not seen any 5 star rating facilities. Even there too less items in breakfast.

It was really Good stay and Food is amazing and the best thing is it is very near tto the railway station. Rooms are good and clean.

The positives were the property's location and food . However, the wash basin was stained, carpet was not clean and there were no basic toiletries in the room too.

Terrible experience, no hot water rooms are small , no early morning breakfast given requested for early train
