Place was okay. Experience could be better if the room size was a bit bigger as it felt a bit claustrophobic and more vegetarian options were there.

One of the worst hotel we stay, we book 4room and in one room have special guest “Bat” behind door, we book for 3 night one day no house keeping person to come for clean room, room was to small in size and all room bad smell of carpets

The overall service quality was far below expectations for a hotel of your standard. Extremely poor and unresponsive. Despite multiple requests for towels in the evening, they were not delivered until midnight after over 20 follow-up calls. The overall staff lacks proper training and professionalism. No one was willing to share the General Manager’s details when I asked to speak with him regarding my experience. Both front office and housekeeping operations were poorly managed, with no of urgency or accountability. Overall, it was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend this property to anyone unless serious corrective measures are taken.

AC was not working in lobby, intercom not working, food was pathetic. Not a good experience. On check out swip machine was not working and payment has to be made in one of the employees account

Piece of Junk. AC don’t work in lobby, room AC takes two hours to cool down, food quality is black spot on Indore, I got stomach infection, food bill is received in cash or in upi to staff accounts, Room service non responding, it seems to struggling to survive.

Based on my recent stay, several facilities and services are not consistent with this standard and appear to be under construction or poorly maintained. 1. Gym – Currently under construction and not usable. 2. Swimming Pool – Poorly maintained and unhygienic; the water was visibly unclean. 3. Staff – Polite and friendly, but communication was challenging due to language barriers. 4. Guest Room – Substandard quality with worn-out amenities and an overall disappointing condition. 5. In-Room Dining Service – Advertised as 24/7, but service was unavailable when requested. 6. Housekeeping – Lacked professionalism and made guests feel uncomfortable, as though requests were unwelcome. 7. Location – Does not align with expectations for a four-star property in terms of accessibility and surroundings. 8. Dining Area – Basic essentials were missing; for example, no tissue papers were provided on the dining table. Additionally, I fell unwell during my stay, which I suspect may have been due to exposure to the unclean swimming pool water.

Changed Room which I was booked. After multiple discussion and evidence shown, they provide another room with no AC cooling etc. Then again they provide new room and it had been taken 2 hrs. Almost.

For small requested like providing Hair Oil, Salt etc.. I had to call more than 5-8 times. I got Salt very late night & the person who handed over tried to compensate with Lemon Juice. Hair Oil I never got despite asking multiple times.At the end I only stopped myself. The last and worst experience was during checkout where I made the entire payment & still the Front desk office was not ready to share the bill.
