Narmada Hills Resort

Rooms are not maintained. To go to temple, boot services are available till 6PM that too 800 meters from hotel else by road it takes 40+ kms. There's no staff at hotel to keep hygiene and maintenance. Food was Ok but very spicy. out of 50+ rooms only 3 were occupied and reception man told thay Hotel is full.

family room evg.make some maintenance but reception manager & staff very helpful ,food is good.location good.

Eave the garden rest all is in horrible state rooms are pathetic with all insects food is ok but the dinning area is same like rooms no facility as such

Place location is good .however rooms are poorly maintained.cleanliness is pathetic .in the bathroom fittings are loose and one fell on my foot while taking bath.hot water is problem with very slow flow . swimming pool is namesake and poorly maintained . monkey menace is too much

Narmada hill resort is located in a very beautiful forest It is serene and peaceful. Property location is perfect for people who want to visit Omkareshwar yet want to stay away from the buzz of Omkareshwar town. Kids loved the adventure park. The property needs some maintenance, especially the bathroom tiles have stains and does not feel clean. Service is good.

we were 11 members and we enjoyed a lot, The hotel staff is very helpful and supportive. and the food quality is so delicious. The children were very excited after check in and they enjoyed a lot of fun. Thank you Narmada Resort for this service

This property boasts a beautiful setting amidst lush greenery and the tranquility of nature, making it a perfect retreat for families. Good food quality and supportive staff. Small issues in room cleanliness and making the room ready before check-in. Easy access to Omkareshwar temple via the boat route. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the kids enjoyed a great time in the pool.

Nice property good staff and service. The location is slightly remote but the roads are good and staff guided us when needed.

I stayed at narmada hill resort with my family. it is a nice place, away from the crowd and in a lush green area.. Although the road is not that good, it was a pleasant stay there.

Very good property. Food is pure veg, but was very good for a change! Stayed in Maharaja Suite which is extremely spacious for 4 persons. Drive to the place during monsoon is amazing!

The location was good and food was also good. I have visited this place to having Darshan of lord Mahadev.

There were so many lizards in the rooms of the resort that it became difficult to spend the night in the room and the bathroom was so dirty that nothing can be said and more than half of the items in the restaurant menu were missing. The swimming pool was also in bad shape.

There was a mouse in my room eating my biscuits. I called room service and showed them a video I had taken as proof. They tried to find it, but the mouse had disappeared by then—and so did the room service staff. As a result, I ended up spending a sleepless night. Rest of the things were good but this experience has ruined it.

The quality of food is excellent and the behavior is good. But the services in the front are very poor. No services in the night shift.
