Need to improve room services srandared & cleaning area

Room service is too much poor,like have to ask every thing which is basic needs to be at room,room cleaning not done after handing over the keys to hotel in the morning,stairs not cleaned at all ,always washable cloths & uncleaned utensils kept at stairs,from AC water droping happned & hand shower was broken,I reming & kept the room key at morning for repaire but at night it was as like in the morning as well my room was too dirty ,no cleaning happened after handing over the keys to hotel front desk in the morning
