Cute little hotel with good clean room and good washroom. Room is conpact though. Hotel restaurant is serves good cuisine for breakfast & a la carte for lunch and dinner. Overall playsales is a good hotel to stay in Indore.

The hotel staff is not cooperative. The Suit Room standard is also not satisfactory. The food variety is very limited, overall I am not pleased with my stay here.

Clean room and polite staff. Easy check in and check out procedure. But the washroom was smelling really bad and there was water leaking out from the AC.

Clean, quiet, and location is very good well connected easy to approach,food is very good, staff is polite and helpful but service is very dealy always ..washroom need to be more clean… -its very smelling very bad all the time. Quite value for money 7/10

excellent stay at this hotel not expected the reception staff welcomed very well and they provided me suite instead of my booking of premium room. they provided almost everything the breakfast at the dining hall is Superb 5* accommodation recomend everyone to stay here

The hotel experience is good, located in the main city and well connected with the highway. The hotel is clean and maintained and the food is delicious and tasty. Lots of showrooms are all also available near the hotel. A food restaurant is also near the hotel.

Excellent Stay
Hotel was okay, nothing special. The room was clean, which is a plus. Breakfast was pretty basic though. The staff was friendly, always a good sign. Overall, it was a decent stay, i guess. Washroom is clean.

Good experience just less ventilation at property
it was quite well but just had some issues with room service and hospitality. Little less ventilation at the property, was expecting a little bit bigger room looking at the picture

Whole staff was very good including gate keeper, restaurant people, reception staff everybody except just one receptionist
