we had a lovely stay at the hotel. the staff is polite. the rooms were clean. we tried the breakfast that was also delicious. would definitely recommend staying here.

Mr.Nirbhay was very cooperative and helped us during our stay and ensured that we had a comfortable stay.

Extremely disappointed with my stay. The service was unprofessional and slow, and even basic amenities like drinking water were charged at a premium. The room had no proper water supply for bathing, which made the experience frustrating. For the price paid, the quality was far below expectations. To make things worse, the billing was incorrect and required multiple corrections before checkout. Definitely not worth the cost, would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Cleanliness not ok. Food was good. Location also ok. Actually was book for 3 people.but got room for 2 people. Which caused inconvenience

The service is good but need improve cleanliness and give bigger rooms. The rooms are small and can’t accommodate 3 people

Really loved my stay here! The location is just perfect All the main tourist spots are within 5 km so it’s super easy to get around. The property is neat and clean, food is tasty, and overall vibe is very nice. Staff are friendly and helpful too. Great place to stay with family n friends if you want comfort plus convenience.

I booked 2 rooms and paid amount before checking in. I came at 5 pm and still they provided only 1 room and second room they provided after 1 hour. Their washrooms were not clean, toilet seats were broken, shower head was not working, bucket and mugs were dirty. The other room which was given to us had a jammed lock. In morning we ordered towels and they provided with only 1 towel for 2 people.

Location is 5/5 everything was nearby, railway station , bus staton , sarafa , chappan. Room was 3/5 We booked a room for three and also had a kid with us. Stay was definitely good but we felt that space in room was less. Also the third bed doesn’t have fan and also AC was not reaching there. The staff is again 5/5 too cooperative with everything. They are on toes for serving you best. Honestly they are good at hospitality. Food 4/5 we had ordered coffee fries, tea it was good. Overall our stay was great at Vrindavan palace. We Highly recommend this hotel specially for its location and staff.

"Had a pleasant stay with good food and polite, helpful staff. Only suggestion would be to make the check-out time 11 AM for added convenience.
