maintenance is not proper in the hotel. light, shower, tv not working properly. Also, breakfast is not the quality

Property is not well maintaining. Though service is good.But i see the room which not upto the mark what I saw while booking. So I am not happy with this hotel.

Location:excellent;Food :Good; Facilities:average..property needs maintenance as almost all rooms have some kind of issues specially bathroom related ..staff is good ..

Extremely disappointing experience with MakeMyTrip and OYO. The room shown in pictures was completely fake — there was no bathtub, the mini fridge and locker were broken, water was leaking from the tap, and basic amenities like towels were never provided even after repeated requests. MakeMyTrip should verify hotels before listing such misleading properties. Think twice before booking with MakeMyTrip — once you pay, even their “customer support” disappears.

Poor hygiene. Poor service. Images in the application appear far better than the actual rooms. Booked a villa and the size of the room recieved was just a standard room. Torn bedsheets, dirty comforter, feathers fly off the pillow with filthy yellow stains. The guys didn't even put a towel in the washroom. After request they provided just one which smelled horrible. I am terribly disappointed both with the hotel doesn't even audit these places before even listing them. Only upside of the property is that it is exactly at 56 street. Proximity to other important places is another advantage.

Location is good but the rooms are small and the people are unfriendly, little like "do whatever you want" kind of. The rooms were unclean. I had taken for two days even though I asked for cleaning next day they didn't clean, not they gave refill water in booth the rooms or soap. I went out to buy. It's pathetic, don't stay here with family

The property not at all look like it is shown in pictures. Bed sheets are torn, focet leaks , very smelly.

Not at all satisfied with the service. Room was not cleaned properly. Even bedsheets were torned. Room smelled like hell. Anyhow we have spend that night and checked out as early as 5 ‘O clock. They just dont value customers wh booked room through MMT or online. Even door knob was broken. Couldn’t sleep because of privacy issue. After complaining they assure that only this room wont be opened by master key.

The location of the stay was very nice …Room was also good but the bed was not that comfortable….the morning tea and coffee was pathetic …Never had such tea and coffee before …

The MakeMyTrip made this stay very disappointing to me . The breakfast payment charge but served only for 2 people so we boycott the breakfast . MMT didn’t refund my money yet

Parking facility available. Variety and delicious breakfast Available. Fast and courteous staff available for your services and help. Rooms are neat and clean. I stayed here for 3 nights. I was on a business visit and stayed for 5 days. location of the property is amazing near chappan dukaan with lot of options for food. Their lowest category rooms are quite small and some rooms are not very clean. So check the room before you check in. Higher category room which i shifted later was nice.
