Ambiences is very good. food is also excellent , house keeping is good and people are very humble in this hotel

Washroom was dirty..AC was not working..hot water was continuously coming from the tub and hotel did not change the room even after calling several times

Help and assistant from shubham and vineet at the front desk made my stay really nice. The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked the shower. The restaurant staff was courteous but you could tell that they are in training and have a lot to learn. I'm grateful for the hospitality they all showed me and hope to visit again.

Very warm and caring staff. A happy and bright decor. Very clean and breezy property. From the bell hoy to the stewards every one is happy and caring.

Located on a small hillock a bit away from the city, this resort is tastefully done up. The staff is polite and extremely responsive. The dining facility has lots of options. The view from room and open restaurant is amazing. The only drawback i felt was that i was asked to pay for early checkin for 2 hours and late checkout for 2 hours. However, on my insistence, the late checkout charges were waived off. Overall, a good property and i would love to visit with my family again.

Terrible experience, rude staff, absolutely no grace. Will deny all your requests bluntly. I stayed there for 7 days, and this was my first and last stay in the property. I have used many hotels in indore before and thought of trying something new but trust me it was a horrible experience.

Red maple is situated at a small hill top location and in a calm & quiet environment with green cover, generating feeling of comfort & serenity simultaneously. Both lodging & boarding are very reasonable.

Good and clean rooms, great service

They charge for extra bedding, jacuzzi, playing indoor games. I think people comes for comfort and fun in resorts. If you will charge for normal services, this behavior was unexpected.

Initially, we hesitated to book as the location is little far from city, but once we checked in we felt we came in 5 star hotel 🤩. The service and facilities were amazing Really an excellent experience. definitely preferable

The property is easily a 5 star. Dont know why its a 3 star on mmt. Staff is very helpful. Restaurant is open 24 hrs for basic needs like chai coffee and some snacks. Buffet has a modest spread but very good taste so no complains. Pool was clean. Our room was upgraded for no extra charge. It was clean with big tv and bathtub. Overall very nice experience.

Loved the place,loved the services and food. property location is good and open fresh air. we stayed for one night bt next trip planning with kids soon to have a good break in our city only
