Room service is not good and if any problem like fan are not working the dont attend the compliant

Parking lot is too dirty and it is also the entrance of the hotel, but the staff is good.

Geyser is not working in the room, there is no towel, no soap, no oil, no good bed sheets, window curtains are also very dirty, even for drinking water we have to pay a separate charge.

It was my first experience in indore and wad looking for a property near by station. It was perfect stay for me with a cozy room nd all the other facilities. It was a lovely place to stay. This hotel is located on the 5th floor of a shopping complex. There is no electricity backup for lift & even room fan & lights. I had to climb 5 storeys twice with luggage & had to stay without fan in peak summer, forget AC. The staff was apathetic & was comfortably sitting under fan in reception while the fans were not working in our room. I had booked it for 2 days, however I had to change to another nearby hotel on the 1st day.

Compared to the price the hotel is good. Walking distance from the Indore railway station. The rooms are good and spacious. Staff are also very helpful and countable. Same room I got at the time of checking. I'm happy to stay in Hotel PTC.

Facilities were worst such as bathroom and bedsheet were too dirty.Aprat from this staff cosumed alcohol during my visit .

Staff is cooperative n clean rooms. Good stay. you can stay with your family also. Location of the hotel is also very good.

No services were available. Cafe or any other canteen were totally closed by owner. Nothing changed on site no information water issues no service was given properly if asked for any service they charged extra for that. Even after paying so much amount no facilities available. Terrible stay ever seen

This is very good place to stay. Also mentionable thing is the prices are much cheaper than the other hotels in this location. Stay is excellent. Rooms are neat n clean.

Terrible experience! No water bottles, no food service, and no contact numbers. Dirty washroom, filthy beds, and a foul smell throughout the room. Completely unhygienic—would never recommend this hotel.

rooms are good. but service is very bad. I got late check inn. actually check inn time is 12.pm. but I got 1.30 pm. and mineral water is mentioned. but hotel didn't provide. they just offered RO water. I booked total three rooms.and in two rooms aircondition (AC) not working. it was average experience.

Very very bad experience with this hotel, no water bottle was given, no wifi, and no cleanliness, also rudeness talking staff, looked cockroaches in room, bathroom was unclean and no amenities. And I was complaining about that but unexpectedly this person was helpless and hopeless. So i was very very disappointed with this hotel

It's a good hotel for staying and it is near to Railway station, food is also good and staff also very helpful.
