room service is very fast mostly rooms are clean if you are looking for budget stay near Indore junction it will be the best option

Rooms were nice and clean. Food was excellent. Location was very convenient from transportation and local attractions. Just rooms were little smaller for the price range.

Comfort stay. Rooms are very clean and hygienic. Food quality is also good. Very good hospitality. Highly recommended for stay

Hotel location is very clear and near to Railway station and on the main road staff very cooperative and nice hospitality, room service is very nice

The room light was dim with no ventilation, welcome drink tasted like drain water and the beds were not comfortable

Stayed for 3-4 days. Positives:- 1- Great location – Very close to Indore railway station, known to local cab/autowalas, easy to reach. 2- Clean washroom & decent room – Room had a balcony; the space was good. 3- Housekeeping staff were genuinely kind and helpful- They spoke politely, maintained cleanliness well, and even told us about tourist spots to visit in Indore. Negatives- 1- Reception experience was mixed – The male receptionist on day shift seemed uninterested and lacked basic hospitality. The female staff was much more responsive. 2- Room service was poor – Soap and shampoo/body wash were provided in ridiculously small quantities, not enough for our family of three during a 3-4 day stay. No hand wash for the sink. No complimentary water unless asked TWICE and then we got two tiny bottles. 3- Facilities felt outdated- no modern key card system for power, still using old switches. Not a major issue, but it shows lack of upkeep. 4- TV was there, but the remote didn’t work, so we couldn’t use it. we didn’t report it as we weren’t using it anyway. Overall, a decent budget stay, located near station and good cleanliness, but the service could’ve been much better. Also i can't tell about the food because I didn't order any food neither I had any meals included in my plan.

Property location : Center of the city. All the markets malls within 15 mins. Public transportation , cabs & auto all available withing 5 mins. Room was spacious and clean. Service was good and fast. Food I would say 3.5 out of 5 but overall options and quick service was nice.

Rooms are good, spacious. Location: Very good. staff is also helpful. Well known hotel if you are using public transport (Ola,Uber). Overall 4.5/5.

It could have been better. Lights was too low in the room. It could have been better. Service and food was good . Washrooms were very clean

As per rate Room was not that much good ..

Overall the staff behaviour was very poor,there was no parking space, room had a lot of mosquitoes and there was a lot of construction noises. I forgot my airpods there and the staff was not helpful in retrieving them back for me.

The hotel charge such hefty amount for a night however we were completely disappointed and disturbed by there service and room size. Photos taken by professional photographer but in reality it’s day and night difference we were allocated a room where the air cooler was totally damage it has produce so much noise pollution that we were not able to sleep for 3 nights on top the hotel staff kept bothering us by knocking at the door so that they can repair the cooler and they were not apologetic for the same as well. They were not providing any breakfast with the stay after paying for such high price the room is very small and too many furniture in not recommending
