please never book your stay at playsales ecostay ,I had a terrible experience with wifi and food services . We changed 3 rooms, Wifi was not working in any of the rooms .TV and AC was also not working

Water issue & service not good
Hotel service staff dont know how to solve the issue. we face challenges for hot water for taking bath but service staff dont know what is the issue. also we find that staff behaviour is very casual twards the issue. we request to chnage the room but they cant. we are not happy with the service.

Good Stay
My recent stay at Playsales Ecostay left me with mixed but mostly positive feelings, primarily driven by the quality of the service. The absolute highlight of the Ecostay experience was the staff. They were genuinely excellent and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Even small details, like the tea, were top-notch and a pleasure to enjoy. The dedication and warmth of the team truly make this a memorable place. The rooms themselves were generally good and provided a comfortable stay. However, the quality of the accommodations was not uniform, especially when it came to the hygiene and condition of the bathrooms. It is essential to note that the bathrooms in some rooms were not good and are in dire need of attention. In summary, Playsales Ecostay boasts phenomenal service and a wonderful team, but the current state of the bathrooms is a significant detractor. Investing in a thorough renovation of the rooms and bathrooms would ensure that the facilities match the five-star quality of the staff's hospitality.

Poor Stay
The workers were not good. The food was good though but the hotel service was not good. Tried to charge me for useless things and when i fought back, they were like ok. Even did not give me a double bed rather gave me 2 single beds- said only that was available even though i had booked the hotel in advance.

Average Hotel
This hotel looked good in various reviews which made me book the room. But in short it was a very average one. Shower had flow issues, no hot water, rooms were not clean. When asked to clean the shower and room, i was assured but nothing was done. I had booking for 2 days but no housekeeping did cleaning after 1st day.

Excellent Stay
had a pleasant stay at the property. The location was convenient, making it easy to travel around. The rooms were clean and well-maintained with all basic facilities provided. Poor Stay
hotel was not at all hygienic be it bathroom accessories or the floor that was sticky even hotel room was dirty too the extent that i could feel dust in my feet. Breakfast was decent and staff was good But the most miserable thing was they don't proved complementary 1 mineral water and in the bottle in which they provided r.o water was dirty which forced me to buy packaged water .

I had an unsatisfactory experience during my stay at this hotel. The basic facilities were not well-maintained. The bathroom had several issues, including poor water supply. 1st day they didn't give me the room shown in the image will booking, next day I asked to change my room and the room I got the next day was same and the water in bathroom was smelling like a petrol I told them but they didn't arrange any thing. the staff was well coperative but the hotel is 3rd class

the rooms were not cleaned in my 2 nights stay due to it was not possible to stay barefoot in the room. also the hot water was also not available only for our room.
