I had booked a hotel through MakeMyTrip and had informed the property well in advance about my arrival. While the overall stay was satisfactory, I was quite disappointed with the room’s preparation. On arrival, I noticed that basic amenities like toothpaste and even a second towel were missing. For a hotel rated 4.6 stars, I expected much better service and attention to detail. This kind of oversight really doesn’t justify the high rating displayed on the app. MakeMyTrip should ensure better quality checks or more honest ratings from verified experiences.
