Disappointed with the room preparation despite prior notice
I had booked a hotel through MakeMyTrip and had informed the property well in advance about my arrival. While the overall stay was satisfactory, I was quite disappointed with the room’s preparation. On arrival, I noticed that basic amenities like toothpaste and even a second towel were missing. For a hotel rated 4.6 stars, I expected much better service and attention to detail. This kind of oversight really doesn’t justify the high rating displayed on the app. MakeMyTrip should ensure better quality checks or more honest ratings from verified experiences.

Poor Stay
property is decent and in a decent location. the only problem l faced is that they do not have any restaurant. l purchased a plan with breakfast included. and l have not seen any breakfast arrangements unlike in other properties where there is a whole buffet. we wanted to have tea which they ordered from somewhere and make us sit in the reception near to door to have tea. Additionally they even charged for the tea. Pathetic hospitality.

Booked two rooms. Clean rooms, comfortable stay. Value for money. Food outsourced but available on demand. Better to be booked without breakfast.

Average experience but price wise okay
businessCheck-in process was professional and digital. Average sized room with limited amenities. Purely vegetarian but they didn't have their own kitchen, they used to bring food from a nearby restaurant which was also pure veg. Complimentary breakfast was one very small bowl of poha and 1 pc. Of samosa and a tea, that’s it. Situated on service road, location was good considering transport service.

Very convenient
My stay at the fab hotel was very convenient. The staff was also cooperative and fast responder. I didn't find any difficulty in check -in and check-out. Everything went smoothly and the room was also quite good and comforted.

Good stay. Arranged alternative stay
I booked 2 rooms but while visiting at hotel 2 rooms were not available, however they arranged me 1 family room with price of 2 rooms which i paid on mmt. Service and all were excellent.
