FOOD & BREAKFAST WERE EXCELLENT. BREAKFAST TIME IS TOO LATE AROUND 10.30AM WE CHECKED OUT YESTERDAY EVENING 09/10/25 INSTEAD OF 11/10/25 DUE COMPLETION OF OUR WORK. BESIDES THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US GST INVOICE AS THEY SAID THAT YOU HAVE BOOKED THROUGH MMT THAT'S WHY. AND MMT ALSO DON'T HAVE OPTION TO ADD OUR GST DETAILS. SO THE INVOICE PRESENTED BY MMT IS USELESS FOR US.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Venzaa , and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable . The amenities were top-notch, including a large flat-screen TV Overall, I had an amazing experience at hotel venzaa would highly recommend it to anyone.

I had booked a room including breakfast. But they are saying we will not be able to provide breakfast before 9 o'clock in the morning. When I urge him then he says I will refund your extra money for breakfast. And he is just compensating only 130/- even I pay 248/- extra only for breakfast.
