This hotel service is not good nd rooms are not cleaned rooms size are very small

The property is pretty decent and at a main location. Station is close by, Food is average but service is good. Staff is very supportive

Amenities - third class services- double third class reception men behave is very rood pls don’t suggest to any one customer

Damp wall cockroaches roaming around room. Smells damping entire room good is locations near to railay stun

Very good and supportive staff. Rooms were good service was also berry good. Very reasonable hotel. Location is perfect everthing is with in radius of 3 kms.

If u hv a budget below 2000 then this d best place to stay. Location is good near to railway station.

Overall good, clean and neat. They provide u 24hrs service. No problem during check-in and check-out. Washroom is clean but since ac water is being out there always wet floor.

The room was nice and big and clean. No sleepers were provided. So kindly take your own. Nice location. Very close to the main hospital and all malls in the city.

Pathetic service and cleanness issue, behavior is not good. They are not provide better services at prompt, we demand a glass of hot water in a morning time, they deliver next day morning time. We can't stay next time in this type of hotels.

Staff was very rude, rooms and toilets were not clean, smoking smell in all corridor, not worth of rs 1000 per night stay. Highly not recommendable

we are not satisfied because deluxe room but no tea coffee milk powder pouch & kettle . we are book in grown room , with breakfast but room is so small & breakfast only 1 item & 1 time serve . 28 November our wedding anniversary but we see the room & we are spoil our wedding anniversary so I am not happy 🙏

The receptionist had a couldn't care less attitude. The room had only one blanket and that too dirty and smelling. On my request they changed the blanket. There was only one towel in the washroom. They gave only a small hand wash soap in the name of toiletries whereas it was mentioned on their site that toiletries would be provided. On the whole a regretful and disappointing experience.

Clean spacious rooms, comfortable bed, great food and location, friendly service staff. Located close to bus stand and railway station.

The rooms are very small and cosy. Desk peoples change frequently. Some are good and some are bad showing no interest to solve the problem. But that is ok we expect that. I think room booked by mm t they are taking less interest as i think. Overall averages experience.
