I have checkin in hotal at 2 pm staff behaviour not good and bed and room not clean Hotel room roof has visible holes My family and me not feeling comfortable in hotal room We have checkout from hotel after 1 hours Stay in other hotel

Dirty rooms and toilet, bedsheets were unclean, though AC worked well. When I went at 10 AM for my complimentary breakfast, they initially refused and I had to argue to get it.

Stay was really good, hotel is quite economical and best budget hotel in area. Staff was very helpful and polite. overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel

No hot water in bathroom after 6 pm. Dirty room. Breakfast is average but not good for health.

Rooms offered were in very dirty condition, Breakfast was pathetic, Hotel was situated next to the Masjid and if you are an early waker then it suits you. Overall Experience was not at all Good. only 1 advantage is it's near to railway station and Bus stand.

Food as a complementary breakfast was a street the-la 1- paratha. No any choice nor the adequate quantity. Location is near to bus stand and railway station. The hotel seems like it is in the masjid premises and you will get-up early 4-5 a. M. With loudspeaker sound.

Cleanliness was so bad

Ac was not working, cleaning was done properly, bed sheet was dirty. We have been asked to wait 15 to 20 min at the time of check-in.

4 room space value for money issue in cleaning - cleaning not upto mark tv not working. No immage not taken

Not too neat and clean. Bad smell in the room. Toilet needs to be maintained. It's average hotel. Not value for money. Except location of the hotel from the temple, nothing is good. Room was very small and non ventilated. Room was dirty and not maintained. Located in congested area. Not recommended.

The room was cold without any ventilation. Very unhygienic with dust and dirty bedsheets. Even the beds were very uncomfortable. Definitely not recommended.

Location of hotel gulmohar in indore is quite good. It is approximately 600 meters away from indore junction railway station and bus stand. But there is no big market near to this hotel. Behaviours of hotel staffs were good. Room service was good. Breakfast was provided. The 3 bedded room provided to us was quite big for 3 person and the room was clean. Attach washroom was there but it was very small in size. Most of the electric plug points were not working properly. Bedsheet was not clean. Beds were big enough. Thanks mmt for suggesting a budget friendly hotel for my stay with family.

Their was no problem with the hotel the person they kept as a manager was so impolite. First he sent the sweeper of the hotel to see our id's when we told him to get the person incharge, the manager came and told us that passport does not work as id proof. And told us leave their premise when we asked them to refund us he told us go take your money from make my trip.

Overall experience was average, food stay & location staff is cordial & helpful can say a average stay

No clean, staff not good. Arrogant in talking, not suggesting to go, room not clean, go with another

The staff was cooperative. But the place was a mess. AC's water was leaking in the room, and by the morning, the floor was all wet. We complained about it in the night itself, and they showed us 2 more rooms- 1 had the same AC water issue and the other was smelling like a cigarette pot!

Hotel staff is very good and corporative. Provide good facilities and food. Hotel. Staff behaviour is also very good.
