checked in very late but hotel didn't want to consider 1 hr late check out. I like everything about the hotel but this behaviour of receptionist made me very disappointed.

Very clean rooms and washrooms. Good location close to gol gumbaz. Good parking. Excellent place to stay at if you want to visit gol gumbaz

It was awesome experience, staff was friendly, room was clean and beautiful interior.

The room service was a bit delayed but overall the hotel room was clean and a good experience. The checkout took some time as well delaying our further appointments.

I stayed in royal imperia again. I already stayed in last week of september. I got a chance to stay again last week of october. The highlight of the hotel is courteous staff, comfortable room and top notch food & service. Thank you royal imperia. I will travel again soon.

This hotel is situated out side of indore city. Hotel staff is really professional and polite. The rooms are well lit with a big glass which gives you a premium feel and you don't feel like staying in a box. Interiors, bed, bedsheets, bathroom everything is premium and gives a decent feel. I personally like this hotel.

Hotel royal imperia is relatively a new hotel. It's well maintained but lacks professionalism. We booked a room for three adults, which was confirmed by them, and we made the payment accordingly. However we were allotted a room for two. And they informed that for the third person they will put a mattress on floor, which is really embarassing. The hotel is clean, spacious, located on the outskirts of indore city. Our experience was not satisfactory, and i feel there is scope for whole lot of improvement.

Excellent. Lovely hotel and staff. Staff was welcoming, great service, great location, friendly staff. Room was clean with the essential, breakfast was delicious and very comfortable. The people in the reception were very helpful. Would definitely recommend thanks you.

Excellent stay, very professional & courteous staff, room ambience is nice. Room tariff is justified with room ambience and service. Above all is a pet friendly hotel which makes it even more in demand.

Hotel's location was good. Food was okay. We checked late night, staff didnt behave nicely, but after speaking to the hotel manager, they could take care of us.

New property humble staff quality food and great location

The hotel seems to be fairly new, and the rooms are well-appointed, and refreshingly clean and pleasant. The bathroom is clean and it is nice to have a warm shower. The hotel does not have dining facilities, so this inconvenience is one reason for my lower than excellent rating. There are some minor inconveniences which can easily be remedied: there were no hangers in the closet. 2. If one takes a shower, because there is no shower curtain, the entire bathroom gets wet. The wifi in my room didn't work but the staff connected me to a wifi in the next room.
