hotel taken extra amount even if booking was already done beforehand.... v poor .. no facility at all ...

Bed sheets were very dirty. Washroom was not clean. Bed has having lot of cockroaches and no water bottle provided. No water provided, no proper accessories provided. There is nothing good in the sense. You should not go there unseason until you are. For some open yahan, focus to visit website. Indore

Worst experience... In room only one light was working... Not even single charging point were working.. Everything dirty... Tv also not working.. While check in hotel denied me to check in and after check in I have experience all this things.. Immediately i have left the hotel booked another hotel for me.. It was very inconvenient and stressful situation for me jot even Make my trip customer care helps me in this.. I would never recommend to anyone about this hotel and customer support also zero.. I have not get any amount refunded as even i have not stayed here for single night... This was the first time I have faced this issue on make my trip platform.. i will never trust again on MMT...

The stay was not pleasant. They didn’t have bedsheets and pillow covers available. When I asked, the staff said the covers had gone for laundry. I was left wondering what I was supposed to do in that situation.

Washroom was not hygeine, nor the packed water bottle availability there. Cockroaches was hanging out in the floor.

They were full, so they haven't given us room and transferred to some other hotel. The hotel they have sent us was townhouse urban elite.

Firstly they denied prepaid booking then when we request they asked extra charges to check in at the time. Also room and building was not clean.

The staff are nice, and the chairs are comfy. Easy and welcoming. Nice place for stay
