Beds are too small for 2 people. Dirty rooms, no proper washrooms and bad odours. Only positive thing is good staff.

I recently stayed here and it turned out to be the worst experience ever. The room given was completely different from the photos shown online and was extremely dirty. • The room had a strong foul smell, making it very uncomfortable to stay. • The water bottle provided was not even seal-packed, raising serious hygiene concerns. Room maintenance and housekeeping were very poor. Overall, this hotel was the worst and most disappointing stay l've ever had. I would never recommend it to anyone

The beds were single bed. But I booked a deluxe room for 2 members

The AC was not working, no mineral water was provided, and the rooms were in awful condition. Basic amenities and comfort were completely missing.

Value for money. Directly infront of Airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped for what I paid

Service was Good, staff was cordial. However they can make the service more commendable by proper maintenance of linens and bedsheets.

The hotel is located very close to Airport. They don't have a kitchen or dining room. They have some liaison with some nearby restaurant. They bring the breakfast from there. For lunch or dinner, you have to place order with the nearby restaurant, whose menu card is available in the room. No wardrobe in the room nor extra table on which you can keep your luggage .Wash basin was a small one. The people providing the services are nice & cooperative.

Room was not clean. Bedsheet had hair ,we then asked to change our room,the new room was still bit ok only. Bathroom was not clean ,basin was broken

Bad sheet and room is very dirty and Tv is not working. Overall room is very very dirty. Breakfast quality is also very bad.

Room was decent, but while booking it showed with complementary breakfast. There is no breakfast in the facility, it is false information and there was no place to eat in the surrounding.

Location was good close to airport. Basic toiletteries were not there that was a bad point. Could provide better attentive services.

It was an extremely terrible hotel, the room was extremely small, bad bed, bathroom had many devices missing, there was no kettle for tea or coffee making in room, the food service is atrocious, overall this room doesn't deserve a one star, even the locality is a bit creepy at night, no restaurants and malls nearby and this hotel is away from the city, the lock of all the door and windows are broken, and if any were very small, this makes it rather unsafe to stay here
