Stayed at Basotel Hotel, Indore yesterday and absolutely loved it! It’s a small hotel but very well built and beautifully maintained. The rooms are big, bathrooms are super clean and spacious. Location is great too — right next to a mall and plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Overall, a fantastic stay and surprisingly affordable. Totally worth it and highly recommended!

Title: Worst Experience – Not Worth at All

I had one of the worst hotel stays here. The comforter was full of stains, and despite requesting four times for a change, the staff kept saying they had no extra. That alone shows how poorly managed this place is. The room quality is nowhere near worth it felt cheap, unhygienic, and badly maintained. To make things worse, the location is shady, with a liquor shop nearby, attracting a lot of suspicious activity. The kind of guests staying here also seemed shady, which made us feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not safe for families or solo travelers. Spend your money elsewhere for peace of mind.

Hotel was good room was very clean and maintained but there is no restaurant in this property so no breakfast option was available only one Alloo paratha for one person and the staff were continuously calling for that breakfast from 8 am ...it was disturbing... otherwise hotel is good...

Hotel is located in one the best area of Indore .. malls, shops , restaurants, bars everything is nearby .. it is located near a happening places but didn't feel crowded at all .. the reception person & the staff are very polite and humble truly .. I don't remember the name of all , but yea 1 girl and one guy at reception welcomed us very nicely , guided us for few things in Indore .. one staff person name was Mr rajput , srsly has lot of patience and knows how to deal in a good way with customers ... food is also good, infact the poha and aloo paratha in morning breakfast including tea were awesome too ..overall price is justified completely.. we had to face a Lil issue of water falling from AC but staff help us to resolve it asap .. so I would like to give 4.5 star to it ..
