worst experience. Firstly they give us lower category rooms. then I had a talk with the manager. then he said no rooms are available in your booking category!! after some verbal discussion, they gave us the proper category room. The room was dirty, mosquitos were ready to welcome us. Cheap breakfast was served. Just Poha and Samosa. lol. aise kon breakfast serve krta hai? The sweeper was not at the location so they took 3 hours to clean the toilets and rooms. AC not working, water leakage in room. worst worst worst. Manager said " hamne to booking lena hi bandh kr dia he, pata nahi apki booking kese ayi?" strange! Thanks to MMT for the constant support for solving the problems.

coupleThe hotel room was very small than expected, the bedsheets and mattress were not in good condition. Moreover the room’s geyser was not working, so the staff initially said they will change the room in some time but did nothing and later gave the reason that all rooms were occupied and will provide the hot water in the room itself but that also they didn’t do and asked me to take bath in other room which was very uncomfortable for me and my wife. Overall it was below average experience

The stay was very comfortable. Rooms are clean and airy as it is new construction. Staff is courteous and very helpful, even with 100 percent occupancy room service was to the point. It is very close to the airport so if you are looking to stay near the airport this is a good value for money hotel.
