We visited with friends and had a mixed experience. The check-in process was fine, but we were not briefed about the hotel facilities—we had to ask for everything ourselves. Since it was a weekend, we were surprised that food service stopped so early. We were informed that the last order for food was at 10:30 PM, and by 11 PM, they were unable to serve anything.
The in-room dining staff seemed unaware of the snack options, and despite multiple requests, ice was not available. Even chilled mineral water was missing. However, on the positive side, the service improved later, and the boy who served us was attentive. A few other staff members were also active and helpful.
We had booked two rooms and enjoyed our evening with friends. However, breakfast was disappointing. The poha was extremely hard and inedible, which was surprising given that Malwa is known for its delicious poha. Additionally, the coffee was cold.
Overall, while some aspects of the service were good, there are areas that need significant improvement, *especially food* availability and staff awareness.
