Absolutely pathetic experience. Hotel staffs made me pay extra saying they won't give me room at such less tariff. Even after paying they forced me to check out at 8 pm on 3rd Aug itself saying I need to pay more money to complete my entire stay.Complaint is already raised with MMT support team with case Id no: ************ for refund but no resolution still now. Booking was from 3rd Aug to 4th Aug. The Hotel even denied me giving a computerised bill for my payment and only provided a Hand bill.. Absolutely pathetic experience. Took half an hour to provide the room. After knowing that it was already paid, they asked for extra charges stating they dont consider booking. Lastly, after a minute of argument, they agreed and provided a very small room, where the ac wasn’t working.

Impressive service! they pay attention to every detail for a delightful stay.

We loved the overall ambiance of the place and every staff member was amazing and very polite and wonderful stay.

Unhygienic room. Pretty much congested room with no ventilation or windows. Dirty pillows and bed covers.

The rooms in the hotel are very well maintained. It is clean, hygienic and there is proper sanitation. This all felt very good.

It is a safe place to be at. The rooms are well locked and there is security througout, recommended.

When I went to the hotel, the receptionist asked me as to how much I paid. And after checking the amount he said that they don't accept people who pay such a less amount He then forced me to pay extra Rs.200 and asked me to checkout by same day 6 PM. Worst experience till date. Not recommended at all.

The well maintained rooms were an added bonus, creating a perfect environment for a memorable stay. Staff was really kind.

Hotel asks for extra payment as they told this price is not their rate. They charged 250 extra. Didn't even gave complimentary water. Asked for payment for water bottls.

No wardrobes to keep the belongings, bathroom size unexpectedly small without any clothes hanging facilities. After complaining they shifted to a room with little bigger bathroom (without any clothes hanging feature) and asked two nights excess differential tariff of rs. 680.

Hotel facilities were good except there were no facilities for house cleaning,no one came to clean my room during my 3 day stay and the hotel staff was asking for extra money which was paid after I complained about it to the customer service

They don't accept booking. They asked for extra amount after paying the amount.
