Their was no taowel no room keys no water its fucking bad even I asked for room change Wo bhi nhi hua unse. Itna bakwas tha Ki bus Sona mushkil Ho gya

At the time of check in they charge Rs.600 extra, and they were told that the platform shows the wrong fare and we were tired and in urgency we had to pay Rs.600 extra charge. They don't have any food, tea & service (cleaning). The room was terrible and AC water was dropping on the table.

These is myy ever first stay is going bad first of all checking was taking too long time and the room wow room is very oldage type just like only bed in the room

Worst pathetic ...staff is insensible unprofessional....they will loot you being vulnerable 12 in the night in delhi. They denied booking with the details of guests booked. They say we are rule makers in India we are above law...they are so arbitrary and insensitive with typical minded toward women with no respect. Never book with this hotel ..They se scammers and have nexus with other people in the area.

Room have smell and are unhygienic i don’t like the rooms at all, some kind of wired smell came from room and washroom

I had booked a hotel for 821 rupees through make my trip. After asking about the location the hotel people said that you have 700 rupees pending. I called on call support and they said that you have no amount pending. I asked call support to make a room available by calling the recipient. After waiting for 30 minutes, i get a call from make my trip and they said that they are not able to contact the recipient. We will make another hotel available to you. Then after 10 minutes they gave the location of another hotel which was 2. 5 km away from there.

The staff and rooms are pathetic , totally unhygienic and messy , staff never listens and they will ask you to pay more while check-in

When i reached the hotel check in was denied and also the hotel manager didn't allow me to sit at the reception when i was looking for the shifting at another hotel. The overall experience was so terrible.

Genuine customer review to help others. I stayed for a day in the month of april 2024. The rooms and facilities are no where close to what is shown in photo. Bed linen are dirty, ac not working properly, no remote. No remote for tv. Bathrooms are stinky. No window for fresh air. The reception incharge was super rude and also coughed up late check-out charges unnecessary. You won't get auto/taxi easily. Far from saket metro station. Avoid in all ways if you're genuinely interested in decent stay.

The experience has been very good. The ambience of the place was perfect. Also, the staff has been impeccable. Dedijietly recommended.
