Hotel Bengali stay
It's good Hotel for staying few days. Staffs are good and helpful. But room space is too small and don't have a balcony for drying cloths.

Not recommended
I booked the hotel for 3 nights from 14th Dec 19 to 16th Dec 19 and paid full in advance as shown in makemytrip invoice. But, during the time of check in hotel receptionist requested to pay extra. So i paid that amount to hotel and continued the booking. Because i am a newbie in that location. So i will not recommend this hotel to any one. They have hidden charges.

Worth every penny
The hotel has good facilities, staff is a cooperative hygiene bathroom, the only cons is that it is quite away, (walking distance) from new Delhi railway station.

Worst hotel ever, never ever visit there I repeat never
My experience was so bad there when I visit there they denied they checking because I already made the payment online they saying you have to pay at hotel, I never had this type of experience after 3 hours they allowed for check-in and the lift was not working, bad location, you have walk a lot its inside and the reception, person was so rude don't visit, I said don't horrible and the room was so dirty bed and everywhere hairs and dirty rooms are smelling, stay away.

Behaviour of staff
Worst receptionist ever. Very rude behaviour. Tried to draw extra money from me and that to without receipt. Threatened me for extra money.

Safe and peaceful stay
Overall services, cleanliness and hospitality were very good. Room and bathrooms was spacious and sufficient for a couple. Hot water and room services were good enough for the stay.

Worst experience
I had breakfast included in the package. But the receptionist denied for the same and asked me to talk to MMT. Then rooms are small. No exhaust fan in the washroom so you might feel suffocated.

No breakfast provided, small room, no ventilation
Breakfast was not provided even it’s included in booking. Very small room, no windows or any ventilation even in bathroom. TV not working. AC is also bad it was unable to cool 8’X8’ room. Mosquitoes was dancing in the room. Paint smell was filled in room. Behaviour of staff and price is only good thing.

Hotel was good but hard to search location
We didn't get food over there. Hotel decline complimentary breakfast service.
