Best stay in karkardooma

Not professionally maintained
Rooms required maintenance. Despite selecting the Delux room, the room and wash room were not professionally maintained. Rat were disturbing in side false ceiling. A bed sheet was seen used. Not very satisfied with the given room A3.

the hotel is lovely. staff is polite, the service is excellent. we booked the guided tour around the town at the desk and absolutely enjoyed it. the guide that the hotel hired was amusing and extremely professional ♥️❣️

Terrible Stay
Room condition is very poor and pathetic. Food is very pathetic. Even though staff behaviour is not good as well as room is very suffocated and there is no exhaust fan in the room and dirty room

Terrible Stay
The rooms were in such bad condition, when we entered the rooms, the rooms were full of hairs, the bathroom and toilets were so dirty and yellowish. A whole night cockroach will dance on your bed and body. Seriously mmt has to remove these hotels from their platform. The staff is so rude, no restaurant for complementary breakfast, they will provide only 1 paratha with tea in the room.
